Hi, this is Chris and I find it great to see you here!

I started to jog in 2004, and I ran my first marathon in 2005, an experience I will never forget. I also ran a few smaller races, 5K’s, 10K’s and half marathons. I jog on a regular bases, three to five times a week, depending on what my goals are.

The way I got started was by surfing online, like you, and besides finding some great free content online I also found two books that were amazing.

I still have them and use them on a regular bases. I would advice you to take a look, and see if they are something for you as well.
